Match: America Mineiro vs Atletico Paranaense
Competition: Brazil – Serie A
Time / Date: 22:00h / 3rd June 2018
Venue: Estadio Raimundo Sampaio
The ninth round in the Brazilian Serie A is this weekend where two teams stand against each other from the middle of the standings.
Coming as a newly promoted team, Mineiro will try to avoid falling back into Serie B immediately. And so far they look like a decent team, but they certainly have to improve their away days where they took only one point. But this is not true when Coelho play in front of their own fans where Enderson Moreira and his players hit 9 points out of potential 12 so far, having lost to Sau Paulo team which is in a magical form, but have recorded victories over Sport Recife, Vitoria and Botafogo, that proves their strength when their supporters are behind them at Estadio Raimundo Sampaio.
On the other side, the visitors put an end to a 9-game run without winning a game with 2-0 victory over Santos in midweek, and somehow they could calm down their manager Fernando Diniz. But because they are a team that is performing awful when playing away from their home, I expect to return to their miserable form.

The last match between these two teams was in Seria A in 2016, with both times hosts winning 1-0. Previously they met in Serie B in 2012, with only the hosts winning again.
Newcomers from Serie B Mineiro have the chance to record another home win against a terribly away team and we can not expect a big show from these two teams.
