Match: Djurgaarden vs Oerebro
Competition: Sweden – Allsvenskan
Time / Date: 20:00h / 17 May 2018
Venue: Tele2 Arena
After a bad start of the season, Djurgarden managed to pick themselves thanks to 3-0 win over the reigning Allsvenskan champions Malmo FF in the early stages of Svenska Cupen.
Orebro have been surprisingly strong into the new campaign, mainly thanks to the red-hot line of predators in the final third.
Blaranderna won each of last five H2H games with Orebro bagging two goals in each of the games in the process.
Djurgarden do boast a good record against Orebro but all the signs are that the visitors have improved over the off-season and will be more of a match this time. Djurgarden have won just 2 of their last 8 in the league so they certainly look pretty short at 11/20 here. One of those victories was at home to 2nd bottom Dalkurd last time out and that was only a narrow 1-0 home win, so there’s reason to doubt them heading into this one.
Overall, backing Orebro +1.0 Asian Handicap looks like the smart bet. They’ve been much the more impressive side so far this term and it’s hard to see them not making a real game of this.
